Catering for conferences

Our offer

We offer a full conference catering service for large and small  events.  We are able to cater for most budgets and can tailor our offer to meet your specific requirements.

We can supply coffee/teas, sandwiches/ciabattas, local selection platters, salads and sweet dessert platters.  For Conference Receptions we offer handmade canapes, crudites and dips, along with local wines, beers and organic juices.

Our locally sourced products are beautifully and imaginatively prepared and will enhance the conference experience for those attending. Because our food is sourced from the counties of Anglia, this gives it a unique appeal, as well as reducing our carbon footprint and food miles.

We supply sustainable/biodegradable plates, napkins, tumblers, knives, forks and spoons, which we recycle at the end of the conference.

The Origin8 team can recommend the best food and drink choices for your event and we will work closely with you to an agreed budget.

Special dietary arrangements

We can cater for vegetarians, vegan, gluten free and other dietary needs.  Please discuss your requirements with us.

Terms and conditions

Payment of 50% of the full amount is required seven days in advance of the commencement.  The balance to be paid within three working days following the end of the conference.

If you would like to discuss your event in more detail, email us with details at info@origin8delicafes.com or telephone 01780 783 237.  A member of the team will follow up your enquiry.

 Testimonials

Words like 'amazing', 'wonderful and 'stunning' were the feedback from delegates regarding the quality and range of the offer.  Not forgetting either the very professional service with smiles from beginning to end.  We very much appreciate all you have done to support our conference."
