Cobs Bakery is the Cambridge Organic Bakery.  Alan and Sarah are committed to producing the best in bread by reviving an almost obsolete process employing long, slow fermentation.  Members of the Bio-dynamic Agricultural Association.

Rebecca Raynor runs Glebe Farm where wheat and spelt crops are grown, milled and packed to produce flour and bread mixes.  Four local windmills are used in the production process.
