Our food

Origin8 is about simple, delicious food that is grown, prepared and cooked locally to bring a taste of the Anglian countryside to the heart of the city.

There’s no factory farming, the food isn’t packed with chemicals and it hasn’t been in cold store for weeks while it’s shipped from the other side of the world.

Instead, everything – from jams and cheeses to seasonal game and ready-to-cook meals – is fresh, seasonal and based on local agricultural and culinary traditions.

Our kitchen uses the same fresh food that is stocked in our deli and butchers, so whether you're eating in our café, buying fresh ingredients, picking up a meal to cook at home, using our catering services or ordering a gift box, you know you’re getting the highest possible quality.
