Our food

Origin8 is about simple, delicious food that is grown, prepared and cooked locally to bring a taste of the Anglian countryside to the heart of the city.

There’s no factory farming, the food isn’t packed with chemicals and it hasn’t been in cold store for weeks while it’s shipped from the other side of the world.

Our kitchen uses the same fresh food that you eat in one of our cafés, or when using our catering services, so you know you’re getting the highest possible quality.

Don’t take our word for it – the proof of the pudding (and the meat, the fish, the cheese, the fruit, the veg, the bread, the pastries…) is in the eating

The Origin8 Express cafés are at the Law Faculty's Sidgwick Site on the lower ground floor and at the Faculty of Education.
