We are often asked how we can claim to be a Deli supplying local produce, when quite clearly olives don't grow in the Anglian Region

We've sourced these olives from River Farm Smokery at Bottisham, Cambridgeshire.  This is a thoroughly traditional smokery, where the brick kilns are hand-fired using only the finest oak dust and chips

Kalamata and Queen green olives are cold smoked over oak dust for 8 hours. The result is an unusual but delicious combination of creamy olive and tangy wood smoke
