Ciabatta Platter

We allow ONE ciabatta, that is SIX pieces, per person.

They are organic and traditionally-baked to include a selection of the following:

Kiln Roast Salmon - from River Farm and Beetroot Relish (fresh asparagus when in season)
Smoked Ham from River Farm Smokery and local Suffolk Gold creamy cheese, spread with Suffolk Pickle
BLT - Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato with Norfolk bacon, slow roasted tomatoes on a bed of red chard, rocket and leaf spinach
Hard cheeses and local pickles and chutneys, with salad leaf
Chicken and tomato - locally sourced succulent chicken and fresh tomato
Eggs Mayonnaise - using free-range duck and chicken
