Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil
Based in Cambridgeshire, Munns Rapeseed Oil can be used in much the same way as olive oil.
But it's worth considering that it has half the undesirable saturated fat content of olive oil, twice as much of the desirable Omega 6 and about 10x the amount of the desirable Omega 3. The sodium (salt) content is zero.
