Chilli Farm is in Haddenham, Cambridgeshire is not where you would expect to find hot stuff like chillies being grown is it -but they have 1,500 plants in polytunnels and 21 different varieties of chillies

This Salsa is packed full of produce grown at the farm - tomatoes, peppers, chillies and garlic.  Can be used as:

• a dip with tortilla chips
• a sauce to put into fajitas
• a cooking sauce
• a chutney with cheese on toast or a ploughmans
