Chilli & Coriander Stir In Sauce

Chilli Farm is in Haddenham, Cambridgeshire is not where you would expect to find hot stuff like chillies being grown is it - but they have 1,500 plants in polytunnels and 21 different varieties of chillies

This Chilli & Coriander is a rich and thick tomato-based sauce, given an oriental twist with chilli and fresh leaf coriander.  The tomatoes, chillies and coriander are all grown at the farm

• Excellent as a curry sauce for fried chicken and vegetables
• Good to stir into pasta or a stir fry
• Mixed with mayonnaise it creates an interesting dip or relish for a sandwich
• Warmed through, it is great poured over white fish
