Lemon Drop Hot Sauce

Chilli Farm is in Haddenham, Cambridgeshire is not where you would expect to find hot stuff like chillies being grown is it -but they have 1,500 plants in polytunnels and 21 different varieties

Lemon Hot Drop Sauce is a sauce with a difference. Made with lemon drop chillies, it has a wonderfully strong citrus flavour and is sure to pep up any dish. 

In the shop, we use it as a marinade for our green olives.

Why not try:

• Mixing it with oil to make a salad dressing
• Having with fish, instead of lemon
• Adding to oil with new potatoes
• A few drops in a prawn stir fry
