Made in the Origin8 kitchen by our chefs, our pork pies can be eaten hot or cold.
The recipe uses local rarebreeds pork and the chunky texture of the meat is enhanced by being baked in a light water crust pasty, coated in a lightly flavoured jelly.
Cut into four slices, a pie should be ample for one person or can easily be shared between two people.
