This is our "guest" biscuit to accompany cheese.
What does this mean? Well, we've scoured the Anglian Region to bring you a locally-sourced savoury biscuit but surprisingly, without any success at all.
So we've had to go a bit further afield (Derbyshire in fact) and we've found the most delicious hand-baked wafers which complement cheese wonderfully well.
Made with linseed, poppy and sesame seeds and from stoneground wholemeal flour, grown and milled in England, they act as a thin, crisp carrier for pates, savoury spreads or cheese.
