Made by our local patisserie chef, this impressive tower of approximately 50 profiteroles, is made from small, round choux filled with creme Chantilly and topped with golden caramel.

A lovely focal point for a celebration. Perfect as a wedding cake which can double up as either a pudding, or a celebratory cake.

If you work on the assumption that most people will go for two choux balls, then this size tower will feed a party of 25 people.
