Glebe Farm Organic Spelt Rye Bread Mix (makes 2 loaves)
Using organic homegrown spelt, stone milled blended with a little rye for bags of flavour and a nutty taste. Spelt can be a good alternative for people who are suffering from ingestion or windy tummies. 1/2tsp salt per loaf. Great on a quick setting in a bread machine or cook in oven.
Ingredients: Organic Spelt flour, Organic Rye Flour, Salt, Vit. C plus 2 yeast sachets
