Product Availability

We strive to maintain high standards of product freshness and should a fresh product not come up to our standards and we are unable to source more, we reserve the right to substitute a similar product.

Content and Photography

The information provided for each product or collection of products is accurate at the time we publish the information.

Basis of Sale

  1. When you click on the "purchase" button to complete your order, you are offering to buy the products at the price specified together with any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to our conditions of sale set out below:-
  2. If your order is accepted you will get a confirmation of that order and  payment by e-mail. The confirmation is sent to you automatically and, despite our best efforts, may contain an error. To cover this eventuality, we reserve the right to cancel the order as set out in our Cancellation and Returns section below.
  3. Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the products you have ordered. If any of the products become unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order without liability. If this is necessary we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.
  4. Remember that, if you are under the age of 18, it is an offence to buy intoxicating liquor. There is a maximum fine of £1,000.
  5. CANCELLATION AND RETURN. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund your goods within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were supplied. If you return your goods within 7 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by e-mail of your wish to cancel your order within this period, your original postage charge will also be reimbursed in full. It is not possible to return fresh food and drink as it will deteriorate during the return process. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  6. Every effort is made to ensure that all information is correct on our website at the time of publishing. We make no warranty or representation as to its accuracy however. We assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of our site.
  7. We reserve the right to alter or delete material from this site and may, at any time, revise these terms. You are bound by such a revision and we recommend that you check this page regularly to review our current terms.

General

No order is binding on you or us until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are placed with the courier service or on payment in full of the price of the products and any delivery charge, whichever is later.

Customs duties may be payable on overseas deliveries and we are unable to supply you with these amounts.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied by you or us unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

Privacy Policy

In order for us to process your order we collect personally identifiable information relating to you. We will only use this information for the purpose for which you provide it to us, including , replying to enquiries, handling orders, delivering items and processing payments, promotional offers, informing you of new products or services, updating our records and preventing or detecting fraud or abuses of our Website.

We do not pass on personal details of our customers to third parties unless they are supporting us in the fulfilment of your order. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, such as delivery, but may not use it for other purposes.

Fraud or credit risk. Where necessary to prevent fraud or reduce credit risk we may exchange your personal information with authorised bodies.
