Registration/Morning Break

  • Frank's luxury shortbread biscuits (two per person – one is never enough)

Lunch

Open Baguettes

The fillings include:

  • ·         Smoked Salmon and Cucumber
  • ·         Chicken and Lemon Mayonnaise
  • ·         Cream Cheese and Chive
  • ·         Avocado, Lettuce and Tomato
  • ·         Hummus, Tomato and Lettuce

(v) Vegetarian – if no specific fillings are requested we will always provide half vegetarian and half non-vegetarian fillings that will be split onto separate platters

Hand-made Quiche 

Our quiches are made using local free range eggs and seasonal produce where avaiilable (V)

Freshly baked by our chef with Olde English recipe sausage meat from Wicks Manor, Essex, and wrapped in a light, crisp puff pastry.

Vegtarian Swirls

and-made by our chef with delicious fillings of cheese and pesto.
