For parties up to 40 we suggest 1 member of staff

Up to 80; 2 members of staff

Up to 120; 3 members of staff

 

Registration/morning break

  • Fresh filter coffee/Earl Grey
  • English breakfast tea/ selection of herbal teas
  • Whole milk and semi-skimmed milk
  • Jugs of fresh water
  • Origin8 luxury shortbread biscuits made by Frank (two per person - one is never enough) (v)

Lunch

Handmade premium quiche

Freshly baked ciabatta; generously filled and full of flavour, using traditionally baked ciabattas. Fillings will include a selection from:

o    Chicken pesto

o    Bacon, lettuce and tomato

o    Honey roast ham, cheddar cheese and pickle

o    Smoked salmon and cucumber

o    Hummus salad (V)

o    Stilton and chutney (V)

o    Avacado, lettuce and tomato (V)

Unless specified we will provide a selection of  fillings from the above and will provide half vegetarian fillings and half non-vegetarian fillings. These will be provided on separate platters.

Salad

o  Feta and olive salad

Vegetable crisps and dip – chef made dips with local Fairfield Farm crisps(v)

Desserts

  • Luxury traybake selection (Brownie, Flapjack and Rocky road) NOTE – may contain nuts
  • Small fruits platter

Tea

  • Filter coffee/Earl Grey
  • English breakfast tea/a selection of herbal teas
  • Whole milk and semi-skimmed milk
  • Jugs of fresh water
  • A selection of Origin8 award-winning chocolate brownies (v)

Jugs of tap water will be provided as standard with the lunches however you can add some local organic fruit juices or local fruit cordials for only £0.65 per person. Please ask for more details.
