We allow one ciabatta – six pieces – per person. Our Ciabattas are locally made by Barkers Bakery, Cottenham. On each platter we offer a selection from the following, freshly made to order:
· Cheddar cheese & Suffolk red onion marmalade
· Kiln roast salmon & cucumber – from River Farm Smokery Bottisham
· Freedom Food roast chicken salad – Local chicken with tomato, cucumber and mixed leaf salad
· Honey roast ham with cider & horseradish mustard – Wicks Manor, Essex honey roast ham, Suffolk cider & horseradish mustard and mixed leaf salad
· BLT – bacon, lettuce, tomato – Wicks Manor, Essex, bacon, tomatoes & mixed leaf salad
· Egg mayonnaise – using free-range eggs, garnished with rocket (v)
· Hummus and tomato – hummus handmade by our chef with tomato and mixed leaf salad (v)
We often also provide seasonal fillings and do our best to fulfil specific requests, please ask when ordering.
